Sigma is an open-source mental health community to individuals struggling with anxiety and depression.

Research shows that over 43 million Americans have a mental health condition, but over half of them never seek treatment. Many people believe this is because of the stigma and shame that comes from struggling with mental illness.

That's where Sigma comes in; individuals can seek and give support on the mobile app while also learning more about anxiety and depression.
